50’s Hat, Brown Velour Feather Beret1950's brown velour hat. Front and sides has little petals of fabric along the edge for embellishment. Center has a little disk with some faux rhinestones and a long feather secured. Interior is finished with the standard petersham ribbon and covered wire placement prongs.
