60's Black Straw Upturned Brim Hat with White Rose Detail by Samuel SpigelFrom the late 60's to early 70's. Fabric is a very sheer lightweight synthetic black straw. Deep crown with upturned brim much like a modified derby. Attached in the front is a long stem white voile rose along with a black velvet hatband. Interior is finished with the standard ribbon.
