Beautiful Original 1940s 40s Vintage Fair Isle Knit Land Girl Sweater VestThis fabulous sweater vest was made from wool in the 1940s. It was knitted in a rich chocolate brown with detailed fair isle patterned knit in shades of red, turquoise and a creamy grey covering the main body of the vest. The hem, neckline and sleeve seems have been knitted in rib stitch to give some stretch. The small V neckline gives a perfect window for the shirt and tie to show underneath. The vest appears to be handmade and does not have any
